I feel sad about Ku-chan's sudden death.

PS/ Me wearing my blue bonnet at the rear left corner of the pict watching Ku-chan greeting her viewers at the bottom part of the aquarium via very thick wide (fiber)glass screen.

Appetizer # 1 Cucumber Maki

nori sheets
sushi rice
wasabe
sliced cucumber into sticks
toated sesame seeds
Kikkoman soy sauce

Lay nori sheet on bamboo mat. Spread some suchi rice over it. Make a groove along the centerof rice then dab with some wasabe. Lay cucumber along the groove. Top with sesame seeds. Roll up the sushi. Slice into bite size pieces. Serve with Kikkoman soy sauce with wasabe.
