Tandoori style
Got the chance to eat for the first time the chicken cooked in tandoori style at Isolah, one of the very few Indian Restaurant in Japan. I tell you it's very different unlike the ordinary grilled chicken. The chef really knows Indian gourmet by heart. The savor is really great that you'll left waiting in the dining drooling while waiting for the food to be served. Wow! Ang sarap talaga. I don't know if that tandoori style is available here in our country. Great! Real treat!
When we were about to leave the place, I really asked the owner who's a Japanese, if I could have a quick peek at the tandoor. And I saw that it was really made out of clay. A real conventional way of cooking chicken.
